Bradford on avon farmhouse
Wiltshire
“a design that delighted us and then a reality that exceeded all expectations. It’s so rare to find people that truly listen, that are masters of their creative craft and manage to combine that with the practical know-how of the true experts.”

View of front gardens when entering gardens. At the front we made a new seating area outside the stunning bay window using the existing concrete pavers laying them differently than before. Feature topiary of varying heights grounded the house, enclosed the seating area making it a more cosy space to sit. Furthermore, we planted a Phillyrea serpentine hedge to wrap around existing water feature and cypress tree. We also planted in the gravel across front of house to soften the front and help merge it with the meadow. We sowed a new meadow which will encircle a now much smaller lawn. Evergreen planting will highlight front door. Due to the front levels being significantly changed we have planted pleached trees behind the new low drystone wall to screen next door.

Paradise garden design.
